What is the amount for the resort fee is included in the rate?

The resort fee for our facility is €3 per night per person. Guests under the age of 10 are exempt from paying the contribution.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in can take place from 1:00 pm;
The room must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure;
For any early check-ins and late check-outs please contact our front desk;
If you wish, you may leave your luggage at our front desk for safekeeping on the day of your check-out;

Is it possible to cancel reservations free of charge?

Most reservations can be cancelled up to 2 days before the arrival date but:
WARNING! If you have chosen a non-refundable rate, particularly through third-party portals, we will not be able to refund any cancellation

Do you accept pets?

We accept small, well-behaved animals by making a request at the time of booking.

Does the hotel have a parking lot?

Yes, the hotel has ample indoor parking that is completely free of charge.
